At the Museum of London Archaeology, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Data Collection Notice begins on 16/10/2024 and explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. The information we collect includes personal device information (Location, device type, platform) and gameplay data (Character name and customisation data, Performance metrics, In-game actions, progress and achievements). We use your information to provide and improve game services, analyse gameplay and enhance game features. We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: Buildersbrew LTD, The University of Staffordshire and The University of Northampton in order to perform academic research in the area of Games-based learning. You have the right to access your personal data and request correction or deletion of your information. Please do so by contacting enquiries@mola.org.uk or contact@buildersbrew.net or Robert.lambert@staffs.ac.uk. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We store your information via our dedicated Firebase database and within a password protected cloud storage system at The University of Staffordshire.
